Recommended for an experienced cheese fan. Intense flavor reminds of truffles. It grows a mature cover aged with white special mushrooms. No fructose, the milk used is free of r-BST.

Perfect paired with Merlot or Temparillo grapes, white wines like Chardonnay and dessert wines. Ale or Lager beers.

It’s name is in honor of the large cave system in the nearby town of Morovis, Puerto Rico.
